- Stallholders/food vendors must comply with all government health and safety regulations
- Stallholders/food vendors must carry all necessary permits and licences required to operate their stall. Evidence of these will need to be presented to the Bony Mountain Folk Festival Committee.
- Stallholders/food vendors must accept all responsibility for their own taxation, superannuation and workers' compensation obligations.
- If a suitable site becomes available, the applicant will be sent a letter of offer outlining further details of the application. Acceptance of the offer must be confirmed within 14 days of the receipt of the letter of offer. If any changes to the original application are to be made, the committee must be notified in writing as soon as possible.
- If the Festival is cancelled or changed, the committee will advise the applicant as soon as possible, but takes no responsibility for paying any compensation to the applicant.
- Stallholders/food vendors are responsible for any products or equipment they bring to the festival. The Festival Committee takes no responsibility for any loss or damage incurred by the stallholder/food vendor while attending the festival.
